Admissions Online

Welcome to Phoenix Christian Preparatory School and thank you for your interest!

How to Apply
Applying is easy using our Online Application. Applying online simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. There is a non-refundable application fee per student due upon application.

Create an Online Application
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

Be sure to select the appropriate application and grade level for your student. We offer Online Applications for:

  • Preschool (Infant, 1's, 2's, 3's, 4's, PreK)
  • Elementary (Kindergarten-5th grade)
  • MS/HS (6th-12th grade)
  • International Students (6th-12th grade)

The first page of the application lists detailed Instructions & Resources that will help you complete your application file and understand our admissions process.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status online by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
